We collect information you provide directly: email address, display name, date of birth (for legal age verification — minimum 18, but you are responsible for confirming you meet the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction), and payment information (processed securely through Stripe). If you use our tools, we store session data, calculator inputs, and preferences. If you enable location features, we collect location data only when actively using the casino finder.
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process payments, send transactional emails (receipts, alerts), and personalize your experience. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Payment information is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers. Session and financial tracking data is encrypted at rest.
You may export all your data, update your information, or delete your account at any time through the Account settings page. We comply with CCPA and GDPR requirements. For data subject access requests (DSAR) — including data export or deletion outside the Account page — email privacy@slotap.com. We respond within 30 days as required by GDPR and CCPA.
